Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

 

Our Credit Report Correct software has been developed to insure our customer's satisfaction both in it's user friendliness, and in the results it will deliver in managing the accuracy of the user's credit reports.

If within 15 days of your purchase of the Credit Report Management software, you are dissatisfied with the software, for any reason, you can return it for a refund of the amount you paid, less the credit card transaction fee.

To request a refund from Direct Ecom, LLC  for your Credit Report Management software, send us a letter postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, that includes the following:

1) Your name and address;

2) The date you purchased the software;

3) An explanation of your dissatisfaction, in as much detail as possible;

4) A statement that you have deleted the software from your computer(s) and further that you warrant its discontinued use;

5) The address to which you would like us to mail the refund check.

6) Your signature.
